Our primary area of expertise is the Greater Yellowstone Eco system which includes Montana counties that form along the northern boundary of Yellowstone National Park. Following is a snapshot of the counties we serve.

Park County: https://livingston-chamber.com/ is home to Shields Valley, Paradise Valley and Livingston Montana a gateway into Yellowstone National Park. The famous Yellowstone River flows out of Yellowstone Lake and Yellowstone National Park through Paradise Valley and heads east out of Livingston once a well known ranch and railroad town. The Yellowstone River is the longest undamed river in the United States. Today Livingston is experiencing a growth that caters to the celebrity types, recreational seekers, fishermen and women, and tourist from all over the world on their way to Yellowstone National Park. South of Livingston is the little town of Emigrant Montana and Chico Hot Springs. Towering mountain peaks are along the east and west sides of this narrow mountain Valley with Tom Miner Basin at the south end of the valley.  The mountain basin is a world of its' own with a lot to explore including a Petrified Forest. The Valley still has generational cattle ranches that dominate the valley floor. To the east is the Absaroke Wilderness and to the west is the Gallatin National Forest. Beyond Tom Miner Basin is a jog through Yankee Jim Canyon on the way to Gardner Montana and Mammoth Hot Springs in Yellowstone National Park. This is the North entrance to YNP and the Teddy Roosevelt Arch Way where the park was dedicated as the first National Park of the United States. North of Livingston is the Shields Valley a broad Valley with the Crazy Mountains to the east and the Bridger Mountains to the west. This side of Park County is a little tamer, dominated by large ranches. A lot to explore with both the Crazy and Bridger Mountains a mecca for back country enthusiast.  The north end of the valley features White Sulfur Hot Springs who's water has been compared to Baden Baden in Germany! Go North of White Sulfur into the neighboring county and you come to Showdown Ski Area, Montana's oldest ski area. If you go west out of Wilsaw into Gallatin County you end up at Bridger Bowl an iconic ski area long know for great snow and steep powder runs. Montana Land Buyers Realty can help you find property in Park County. There are plenty of lots, large tracts and ranches for sale. This is a fantastic county that still has a rural atmosphere and the county growth policies help keep it that way!
